Edward Ryland

Ed is an award-winning real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, and tenant and landlord representation. Coupled with his well-rounded business background, he adds the best value by bringing a perspective from both sides of the industry. Ed also holds the highly recognized CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), considered to be the PhD of commercial real estate, and MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) designations, which are earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensure that he is not only proficient in commercial and investment real estate theory, but also in practice. Ed is also responsible for the strategic direction and development of ARVO and oversees key social responsibility and community involvement initiatives of the firm.
