Ed Lowenbaum is a Managing Principal at Cresa Global. Ed specializes in representing manufacturers and distributors with their industrial real estate needs on a local and national basis. In the past three years, he have completed projects in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Ontario, Oregon and thorough-out Illinois. Ed is a 25+ year industry veteran. He has an Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Co. After college, he was employed by the Fluor Corporation to manage construction projects domestically and internationally, including a three year contract in South Africa building a coal-liquification plant. After several acquisitions, Ed joined the Trammell Crow Company in 2003 as the Director of Industrial Brokerage for their Chicago office. While at Trammell Crow, he restructured their brokerage group and significantly increased the income of the operation. He was also instrumental in sourcing, developing and marketing the first industrial business park in Chicago for Trammell Crow in over 15 years, During his real estate career, Ed has been involved in over $900 Million in industrial sales, leases, build-to-suits, developments and re-developments. Ed has also been involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations including The American Diabetes Association, Chicago Food Depository and the Wrightwood Neighbors Board of Directors.
