Edward Harris

Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Ed’s professional career in Commercial Real Estate started in construction and development in the mid-90’s. After a decade managing his own commercial properties, Ed earned his Illinois Real Estate License in 2002, and became a Managing Broker in 2005, providing both tenant and owner representation for nearly 10 years in the Chicago Metro Market. In 2012, he earned his Indiana Designated Broker’s License, managing residential investment acquisition assignments for a number of national institutional clients. Ed earned his Managing Brokers Licenses in Missouri and Kansas the following year to further assist investor acquisition assignments, and to provide property management services to those same clients. After moving to Phoenix in 2015, Ed joined the Eagle Team to provide operational support, compliance and process management, and to assist with strategic development initiatives at Eagle. Ed earned his BA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and is also graduate of Chicago’s Second City Improvisation School. Ed is passionate about applying the philosophy, skills, and techniques he learned at Second City to develop and enhance our culture and Team. When not in the office, Ed can be found enjoying time with his wife and children who test his improvisational skills on a daily basis.
