Edward Hales

An Atlanta native, Edward has nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Lee & Associates, Hales was Associate Vice President for Tenant Advisory Services at Transwestern, where he assisted in the expansion of their Tenant Advisory Group throughout the Southeast. Prior, Edward was a leasing associate with Workman & Company Commercial Real Estate Advisors, where he oversaw the development and implementation of new business opportunities, including those with tenants and buyers of office and retail properties. At Lee & Associates, Edward is a member of our Office Tenant Representation, Law Firm Tenant Advisory, Site Selection, Data Center, and Retail Groups. He is focused on assisting clients throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast. Currently, he is working to relocate several law firms in the metro Atlanta submarket, and he is working on preleasing a mixed-use development in Hapeville and an investment sale downtown.
