Ed Cave, a native Washingtonian, joined McEnearney Commercial with over thirty years of experience serving the Metro DC Business Community.</p><p> </p><p>Ed has experience in all areas of commercial real estate: representing owners, buyers, tenants and investors. He has represented investors with Retail, Multi-Family and Office properties; advised clients on lease agreements for Class A Office Space; assisted Buyers in locating and securing just the right property to grow their business. Ed uses all his experience and expertise to assist clients in their Real Estate transactions. Drawing on his involvement in the fields of telecommunication, facility infrastructure and network technology, Ed is uniquely capable in advising clients on infrastructure and technology requirements critical to carrying on business.
