He has analyzed office requirements and created space plans for customers and clients across the state of New Mexico. Ed specializes in office and retail brokerage. His expertise ranges from assessing workspace needs that maximize functionality to designing layout plans that fall within a client’s budget to directing the implementation of effective office, medical, and retail environments. Prior to joining Colliers International | New Mexico, Ed was an associate broker at Sperry Van Ness where he was responsible for the management and marketing of properties ranging from small commercial condominiums to large Class A office buildings. Before becoming a full time commercial realtor in May 2006, Ed managed his own business for 23 years.
