Eduardo started his Real Estate career in 2012 and currently serves as President and Asset/Property Manager for Gildenson Real Estate and also as a Manager and Advisor for out-of-state ownership, supervising various types of assets across different states in the US. As part of his day to day responsibilities, he is in charge of managing operations and leasing of 400,000 square feet of class-A office space in Dallas. Mr. Gildenson has been responsible for the general supervision of various multi-million-dollar office renovation projects and has personally negotiated leases in excess of 500,000 square feet. Prior to joining Bradford, he worked for Procter & Gamble and J.C. Penney Company in the supply chain and logistics divisions. In 2018, Eduardo identified a need for a different approach to traditional Real Estate Brokerage and decided to create Gildenson Real Estate to solve that need. Since then, Mr. Gildenson has represented a variety of Sellers, Buyers, Tenants and Landlords, in both Commercial and Residential transactions. Eduardo grew up in Mexico City and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with Honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey and then subsequently moved to Dallas and graduated from Southern Methodist University after receiving his Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management in 2011. Prior to moving to Dallas, Eduardo spent a semester as an Exchange Student in The University of Melbourne, Australia, and spent 1 year in Israel and served in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) while being there. Some hobbies Eduardo enjoys are traveling, playing and watching soccer, trying new restaurants (especially if they are taco joints), mixing music, SCUBA diving and spending time with friends. He is the middle of 3 siblings and married to Dallas native, Emily. Eduardo currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
