Edgar specializes in multi-family investment acquisitions and dispositions in the Sacramento Region and Greater Northern California. Edgar graduated from California State University, Sacramento earning a degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. As a former Branch Rental Manager for Enterprise Holdings Inc., Edgar joins our team with a compelling background in the sales environment and client relations. His ability to demonstrate ownership, has led him to maintain an impressive track record of performance by taking genuine interest in the needs of his clients and going above the expectations set forth. His experience in the corporate environment has allowed him to create and maintain a strong core of long-term relationships which is in alignment with the core values of our firm. As a recent addition to Marcus & Millichap, Edgar is eager to kickstart his real estate investment career and contribute to the continued success of our firm.
