Edgar Hernandez

As part of the Ackerman & Co. Land group, Edgar advises home builders, developers and investors in identifying and acquiring sites for development, with a focus on multifamily and single-family projects. Bringing his clients extensive experience overseeing the construction of single-family homes and apartment and hotel sites as a GC project manager, Edgar is able to provide his clients valuable expertise in land acquisitions and cost analysis, as well as identify solutions for construction challenges. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Edgar was Project Manager at EVE Contracting. He has overseen projects ranging from single-family custom luxury homes to hotel and apartment site construction in metro Atlanta for projects including Holiday Inn & Suites (Atlanta Perimeter, 146 units and Vidalia, GA, 76 units) and WoodSpring Suites (Conyers, GA, 84 units and Stockbridge, GA, 84 units). He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
