Eddy began his career in commercial real estate as a principal/investor by managing and developing numerous projects for various partnerships in the span of over 20 years. He maintained a solid understanding and knowledge of the current residential/commercial real estate business/trend and continues to inform his clients in making wise decisions regarding their real estate investments. In 2015, he made a strategic move to Re/Max Premier in Pasadena with resources and relationships throughout Southern California. Since 2010, he was dedicating his efforts in selling and leasing the 210-condo suites at Atlantic Times Square Resident in the city of Monterey Park and successfully finished. Currently, Eddy is working at Brookhurst Place in the city of Garden Grove with over 500 units for lease/sale and an 80,000 square feet commercial shopping area. Also, he works closely with his clients’ acquisition and disposition investment properties within Southern California.
