Eddie Lange

Eddie Lang started Quenby Commercial in 2013 after working with Venture Commercial and The Retail Connection. Focused on retail tenant representation and shopping center leasing and development, he has developed strong, dependable relationships with other brokers and landlords. Eddie works with national and regional tenants such as Circle K, Massage Envy, Great Clips, T-Mobile, Dialyspa, The Goddard School, Goldfish Swim Schools, Mattress Overstock and Wingstop. He leases shopping centers throughout the Houston area for landlords including HSC Realty and Venture Investment Partners and also handles the the disposition of Circle K properties throughout Texas. While committed to outworking his clients' competitors through attention to detail and responsiveness, he also understands the value of patience and consistency necessary for a strong real estate presence. In 2014 Lang received the Exclusive Agent of the Year award presented by Great Clips for his efforts in their expansion in Houston and in 2010 he received the Rookie of the Year award presented by CB Richard Ellis. Eddie graduated from Texas A&M University where he studied finance and played baseball. He is grateful for Motown music, homemade key lime pie, and Will Cuppy's The Decline and Fall of Practically Everybody, but who isn't. Eddie and his wife, Leslie, are long-time Houstonians and live with their four children in the Spring Branch area.
