Eddie Cherry

Eddie Cherry joined Manor Real Estate as Vice President in 2021 after having spent a decade at one of the region’s largest Commercial Real Estate Development firms. At Manor, Eddie focuses on Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Business Development and Expansion of the firm’s Services. Prior to Manor, Eddie was a Regional Director at The Staenberg Group and THF Realty, responsible for the firm’s Midwest property portfolio which at its peak comprised 16 properties in excess of 4,000,000 square feet. As Regional Director, Eddie executed leasing, development, third-party brokerage and consulting across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Iowa. Eddie has developed extensive market knowledge and industry relationships throughout the Midwest. Eddie graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed salesperson by the Missouri Real Estate Commission, a licensed Broker in Illinois, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) having recently served as the Kansas/Missouri Chairman for the Next Generation division of ICSC. Eddie has also served on boards for the North Outer 40 TDD, ICSC and Pedal The Cause.
