Ed has been involved with real estate since he was a young kid, buying his first home at 19 years old. Ed worked at McGuckin’s Hardware in Boulder for 25 years and was the assistant store manager. He then got into commercial property maintenance and moved on to becoming a Real Estate Agent, eventually becoming the owner of his own company. Ed loves the wide range variety of real estate and his company’s motto “Exceeding your Expectations With all of Your Real Estate Needs”. Ed has been chosen and elected to many business related awards and positions, including the Boulder Chamber’s Member of Distinction award in 1996, the Volunteer of the Year award in 2001, and a recognition on the 100 year celebration of the Boulder Chamber. Ed received the 1st ever Volunteer of the Decade award in 2005 and was elected to the Boulder Chamber Board for a 3 year term 2006-2009. Ed is the past chair of IBA the independent brokers association at LAR. In 2011 he was elected to serve a three-year term on the on the Longmont Association of Realtors Board.
