Ed joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in December 2004. His sole focus is retail real estate. Ed has been actively involved in all facets of retail real estate since 1995. His areas of expertise include, tenant representation, pre-development leasing, shopping center development, shopping center disposition, and the leasing of all retail property types. On the tenant representation side, he has secured over 100 locations for Starbucks Coffee Company throughout the state of Virginia and eastern North Carolina.
