Ed Frieze

Ed Frieze has been a full time Dallas resident since 1977 when he began attending Southern Methodist University. After receiving Bachelor and Masters Degrees from SMU and the University of North Texas, he began his real estate career with the Henry S. Miller Company in 1984. Over the last thirty plus years he has worked with several prominent local firms or branches offices including Grubb & Ellis, AMRESCO, Lend Lease and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. After leaving HFF in 2005, he founded Suburban Properties LLC, a privately held investment, brokerage and development firm focusing on single-family and multi-family opportunities in major Texas metro areas. Ed joined Triumph Commercial Realty in a brokerage capacity in 2010, while maintaining his managing partner duties at Suburban Properties.
