A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1994, Edwin received his Certification of Property Management from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He attended the University of Albuquerque and Palomar College for his general education, business and real estate management courses. In his early years, Edwin studied the welding/building trade at Ventura and Moorpark Colleges, adding to his understanding of the management market from the foundation up. Serving on various boards such as the North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSCAR), the Asset Manager Committee and the Member of Board Realtors, Edwin keeps himself up-to-date and well-informed on the current regulations of the market. Founding Asset Management Specialists in 1997, Edwin Engle is well-qualified in Property Management, Property Maintenance and the intricacies of construction. With over twenty years of experience, Ed knows the ins and outs of Property Management. He prides himself on maintaining professional business relationships, yet still interacts with clients in an extremely personal manner, holding their concerns at the forefront. Edwin takes a hands-on management approach, checking on properties in person to secure their full success potential. He works directly with Asset Management Specialists’ major clients and oversees all of the residential, commercial and industrial properties. Edwin proves himself a true “asset” in the property management world, more than capable of tackling and improving any real estate expectation.
