Ed Boeder brings to tenacity, diligence, great work ethic and a keen attention to detail. He has been involved in various aspects of the real estate business for over twenty-five years - real estate finance, investment, sales and property management. Ed moved to Naples in 1996 where he began his career in commercial real estate by joining John R. Wood in 1997. Ed specializes in the sale of income-producing commercial property for investors and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange participants, and the sales and leasing of retail and office properties as well as other types of commercial ventures which he does with precision, integrity, and he is known for his attention to detail and diligent follow-up.
