Earle Wason has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He maintains excellent relationships with the fastest growing hotel companies in the Northeast and other commercial real estate and hotel brokers in New England. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Earle has held positions as the president of the New England CCIM Chapter and New Hampshire Commercial and Investment Division of the NH Association of Realtors. Earle specializes in the structure and management of all aspects of hospitality transactions and has brokered more than 200 hotel/motel and resort sales in the past 20 years. Many of the clients Earle worked with in the early years of Wason Associates started with one or two hotels and now have more than 35 hospitality properties.
