Eamonn Murphy

Eamonn Murphy specializes in both leasing and investment transactions. Although he practices in Toronto, Mr. Murphy has had extensive national exposure in Canada and manages several national clients where he is involved in all aspects of their real estate strategy and decision making. He has had extensive experience with office, industrial and retail portfolios. Experience Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Murphy was one of Royal LePage Commercial’s top office leasing representatives in Canada. During his 28 years experience, Mr. Murphy has acquired extensive experience with budgets, financing and market conditions. Mr. Murphy has implemented and engineered many complex and innovative deal structures, including built-to-suits, building sales and sale-leasebacks. Education Mr. Murphy attained a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and studied civil engineering and business at the University of Western Ontario. Affiliations Mr. Murphy is licensed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario and is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Mr. Murphy is married with four children.
