Dylan Suitor is a highly experienced entrepreneur and leader. Dylan grew up in Niagara-on-the-lake and Burlington, Ontario, and became very familiar and highly engaged in his communities and business at a very young age. At the age of 18, Dylan purchased his first real estate holding while studying at Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, providing housing for university students. Dylan used the rental income to fund his Undergraduate Degree in Business which he completed at Brock University. While studying at Brock University, Dylan launched his first business enterprise, “New Hues Painting”, a commercial and residential painting service that, with a team of eighteen employees, achieved 7 figure revenues. Dylan completed his Undergraduate Degree in Warsaw, Poland, attending a specialized entrepreneurship program at Kozminski University. Upon graduation, Dylan advanced his plans in property and development, acquiring his real estate license in 2016 and joining Keller Williams Realty. His initial returns on real estate activities propelled Dylan’s path. His subsequent partnership with a trusted colleague established a foundation for unique and profitable real estate investing and innovative business planning supporting generationally sustainable capital growth. Together, they invested in four properties in their first year, 80+ properties in their second year, and to date, have invested in over 1000 doors, for more than $200M in shared real estate holdings with growth plans that extend across Ontario and Canada. In late 2018, Dylan was announced as the President of Keller Williams Young Professionals Golden Horseshoe and became the Co-creator of the largest Keller Williams Canada Real Estate event in history: The Real Estate Growth Summit. In 2019, the inaugural Real Estate Growth Summit brought together over 600 realtors from around the world, impacting the bottom line of realtors in attendance as well as raised and donated over $110,000 to charity. Dylan is the Founder and Team Leader of the Elevation Realty Network. His personal real estate team consists of 15 expert members transacting over $100,000,000 annually in volume, number two on his local board in units sold and is consistently a top-rated Oakville and Burlington Real Estate agent (rate-my-agent.com). In addition to the outstanding financial accomplishments, Dylan has been featured in Yahoo articles, entrepreneur magazine and was voted in 2019 for the Real Estate magazine Young Guns, for real estate agents taking the industry by storm.
