Dylan’s primary submarkets are in the freeway-served markets, including Deer Valley, I-17, Loop 101, Loop 303 and West I-10 corridors. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Dylan worked with Voit Real Estate Services where he joined the Bell/Ciosek team, Arizona’s leading industrial team that has sold approximately 50% of the market share of industrial buildings in the Deer Valley submarket in the past seven years.
