As a Senior Vice President and Hanley Investment Group, Dylan Mallory specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties nationwide. Dylan is an expert in property valuation and providing his clients with a thorough understanding of market values. Dylan’s work ethic and commitment to his clients has allowed him to close over $280 million in retail property sales since 2020. With strong ties to Indiana, Dylan is one of the most active individual brokers in the state having completed over 30 transactions since 2020. In the Spring of 2021, Dylan was awarded CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award for the sale of two multi-tenant retail centers in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to an international investor. Dylan was also recognized as a CREXI Platinum Broker in 2022. Dylan attended the University of Arizona and received an undergraduate Business degree from the Eller College of Business. Dylan also received his MBA from the University California Irvine at the Paul Merage School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate. Prior to joining Hanley, Dylan gained experience working with a national mall REIT as well as time working with a major public U.S. retailer conducting market research. Dylan is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities). As a resident of Corona del Mar, Dylan enjoys spending his weekends outdoors and exploring California with friends and family.
