Dylan Bruns

Dylan graduated from Kent School in Kent, Connecticut in '97. Dylan went on to receive a BA in International Relations and Communication from American University in Washington, DC in 2001. After extensive travel throughout Central America, he returned receiving his license to practice real estate in the State of New York and joined a local Syracuse firm. In 2010 he received his Associate Broker's license and 2015 he started his own company Arlie Brokerage, LLC. In the 18 years that Dylan has been working in the commercial real estate business he leased/sold/developed over 200 million dollars in commercial real estate. Major deals completed include: Empire Vision; Key Bank; Gymboree Play And Music; Baasch & Winters PC; Fabiano & Associates; the Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter, and Burnstein Law Firm; CNY Community Foundation; Intermedia Communications; Syracuse University with their acquisition of the Dunk & Bright Warehouse in the Central Business District of Syracuse; CountryMax Stores; Dollar General; American Red Cross of CNY Blood Services; KishMish Inc.; The Center for Court Innovation; Tim Horton's; ARC of Onondaga and most recently, Psychological HealthCare PLLC; FastSigns; Tops; Laser Spa in multiple locations nationwide, ValuHome Centers, People Systems (National Employers Council), D'Arcangelo & Co. LLP, Syracuse Podiatry, Revive Syracuse Home Rescue, LLC, Dicom, ARCA, DeCarolis Trucking, and Barrett Paving.
