With 10+ years of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market, Dustin Cheatham is a trusted name in Chico real estate. Since 2015, Dustin’s thoughtful leadership has earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the 2019 President’s Producer Award, and before founding Upside, he had ranked as the No. 3 agent at a leading national brokerage. Ultimately, however, Dustin’s clients are impressed by his supreme ability to cover their diverse needs, from the financial to the practical to the emotional. His vast personal real estate expertise includes residential property investment, remodeling, and income properties. Dustin grew up in the Bay Area but was always drawn to the beauty and open spaces found further north. A couple of years after moving to Redding, Dustin launched his professional sales career by starting a business with his parents that published a teaching aid for music theory. He also worked as an independent sales rep for a music accessory manufacturer, where he managed accounts in more than 20 countries and had a hand in conceptualizing, designing, manufacturing, and marketing their products. As a Realtor®, Dustin enjoys the often similar process — “product” launch, selling, and delivery — but also its significantly faster results! Dustin currently lives in Chico with his wife and three children. When he takes a breather from anything property-related, Dustin enjoys spending lots of time with his family, including traveling and road trips, camping, bike riding, and swimming.
