Duncan has been in the commercial real estate field for almost 20 years. His career started at Berkeley Investments, a Boston boutique real estate investment company. As an analyst at Berkeley, he was responsible for evaluating deals and modeling acquisitions for the asset management team. Duncan moved to Vermont in 2002 and shortly thereafter began his career in real estate brokerage. Since 2003 he has been involved in hundreds of deals. His transactions have ranged from the lease of small office space to the lease of 150,000 SF of warehouse space. His sales have included 2,000 SF flex units to local contractors and large industrial buildings to multinational firms and REITs. For Duncan, no representation is too small and no deal too complex.
