Duke Suwyn

Duke Suwyn has been a commercial realtor for over 20 years, with an emphasis on industrial brokerage. He excels in formulating creative solutions to complex transactions, as shown in the successful redevelopment of the former Bosch Manufacturing facility and the sale of the Steelcase campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Duke’s successes and his many years of experience have earned him the reputation of being one of the foremost industrial specialists in the West Michigan market. Duke’s extensive market knowledge comes from his abundance of experiences. After growing up on a large farm, Duke co-owned Caledonia Equipment, Inc. from 1980-1990. He then worked for Grand Real Estate, Inc. as a commercial and industrial salesperson. Duke joined our organization as both vice president and director of the Industrial Group. He was later named president, and was most recently appointed chief executive officer. Duke is also co-owner of Rolling Meadows Farms, a 2,000-head beef and 2,000 acre cash crop farm.
