Duane Walker

Duane joined Primmer Olds at the age of 20 whilst still studying a degree in Real Estate and Valuation at Southampton Institute. Further to graduating in 1997, Duane achieved RICS accreditation in 2000 and subsequently becoming a Registered Valuer. Duane became partner and has been one of the driving forces at Primmer Olds which has led to the forming of Primmer Olds B.A.S. Duane has a wide breadth of experience in the transactional side of the business across all sectors of the market. He specialises in local investment and development agency throughout Hampshire with a particular emphasis on acquisitions and asset improvement. Duane manages the promotion of the firm taking a progressive approach towards its marketing as well as prioritising the client’s property interests.
