Duane Davis

Duane Davis is an associate in CBRE’s Retail Advisory & Transaction Services Group, specializing in account-based work for occupiers throughout the New York Tri-State region and those undergoing national expansion. Duane has participated in deal making along Manhattan’s high streets and has played a key role in retailers’ strategic store roll-outs, store optimization strategies and restructurings. He works with clients across all sectors of the retail industry both domestic and international from fashion, hospitality, grocery, to medical, fitness, automotive, financial services, cosmetics, and start-ups. Duane prides himself in providing his clients with first-to-market information and trends while leveraging market knowledge to help them achieve success. Duane is a dedicated and results-driven advisor at CBRE, who is committed, passionate and motivated to go above and beyond get results for his clients. Working alongside Stephen Sjurset and Joseph Hudson, Duane has both a Tri-State and a national retail real estate lens through which he has developed a strong understanding of the retail landscape. Duane started his career in CBRE in Research, focusing on both the Manhattan retail and office markets, which equipped him with the data-driven knowledge of the dynamic and highly competitive NYC retail landscape, allowing him to advise clients in the most effective ways possible. Duane transitioned to from research to retail brokerage in 2021. Duane graduated from Bates College in 2019, where was a member and captain of the men’s varsity tennis team with his twin brother Dylan.
