Drew Stamm
After graduating from Clemson University, Drew worked in Columbia, SC, as an Operations Director for a Regional Commercial Real Estate Supply Company. He then joined NAI Earle Furman in early 2011 as a founding broker within NAIEF’s recreational land division, Huff Creek Properties. Shortly thereafter, Drew began to focus on investment asset acquisitions and dispositions across all NAIEF platforms, representation of office and retail transactions, serving both Landlords and Tenants, as well as providing in-depth market analysis and updates to the firm’s existing client base. With over 10+ years’ experience at NAIEF, Drew’s primary focus is delivering and creating investment opportunities for clients in the investment, office, retail, as well as multifamily and infill development of residential neighborhoods realm. Over the last decade, Drew has assisted and transacted on hundreds of deals for clients, totaling over $200 Million in volume. These transactions were cultivated through in-depth market knowledge while representing private, public, and institutional relationships.
