Drew started out in real estate as a first time home buyer/investor after deciding purchasing a multi-family home was a better option than renting. After researching, Drew found a 3 family home that fit living needs while also maximizing financial needs. After a couple of renovations and a few months of hard work, Drew owned his own home...FOR FREE! After this experience, Drew and his wife wanted to continue investing. This is when Drew became a licensed real estate agent. Almost a decade later, Drew has started T&C Realty Group, Inc. and continues expanding in the real estate sector.
