Drew Principe

Drew studied finance at University of Miami and finished his education in the real estate program at University of San Diego in May 2021. Drew was an active member of USD’s Real Estate Society and Phi Gamma Delta social fraternity. Being raised in a family of acclaimed real estate agents, Drew began building extensive knowledge about the industry in its entirety. Prior to Drew's full-time entry into the business, Drew worked as an analyst at Pacific Partners and Westcord Commercial Group; subsequently learning the Ventura and Los Angeles County markets. Since entering the market as Conejo & SF Valley's premier retail specialist, Drew has distinguished himself among his peers by very quickly excelling to one of the region's top producing and fastest growing retail brokers. Outside of the office, Drew is a distinguished guitarist, talented golfer, and jiu jitsu practitioner.
