Mr. Parks is a senior commercial broker with 17+ years experience in the Grand Strand market. Drew manages the transactional process from initial contact to closing. Throughout his tenure, he has gained extensive experience by assisting national, regional, and local clients in land acquisition, site selection, planning, and development. In 2005, the team consisting of Drew Parks & Gary Roberts was recognized as the #1 commercial broker within the Coldwell Banker Commercial umbrella, which consists of 3,500+ brokers in 26 countries. Drew maintains membership in International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, and the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ. A native of West Virginia, Drew relocated to Myrtle Beach in 1998 to attend Coastal Carolina University, where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration.
