Drew Clary joined Intelica CRETM in the fall of 2014 after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business, and was a member of the academic fraternity Beta Theta Pi. Drew was hired out of college to assist the company with the leasing and disposition of several distressed assets, owned by Sabal Financial Group, a subsidiary of Oaktree Capital. After completion, he began to focus on Industrial and Office transactions, with an emphasis on submarkets in St. Louis County. However, he still makes time for the occasional Retail or Investment deal. Drew assists with tenant, buyer, landlord, seller & investor representation, and is known for his creative approach to finding value and building wealth for his clients. Some of his clients include Oaktree Capital, Kozeny Wagner, Fred Weber, Williams Scotsman, PK Construction, Ironman Sound Industries, & The Center for Head Injury Services. Drew is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), with an expected completion date of Fall 2018.
