Dr. Nicolette Mathey
Dr. Nicolette Mathey began her career at 16 as a Walgreens cashier, then progressed to pharmacy technician and pharmacy manager, all while earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2010. Nicolette next joined BayCare hospital systems, where she opened outpatient pharmacies and launched transitions of care programs. She was later recruited by the visionary owner of Pharmacy Development Services (PDS), a leading consulting firm for independent pharmacies. At PDS, Nicolette played a key role in developing RX data analytics software, driving the company’s growth from 300 to 1,300 pharmacies in just four years, which led to her boss’s successful 7-figure exit in 2018. In 2019, Nicolette founded ATRIUM24, initially offering business consulting services to independently owned pharmacies. She quickly recognized the need for technology solutions to support sales, marketing, and overall business management, which led Nicolette and her team to bootstrap a product. In January 2024, ATRIUM24 launched its software, Dotti. Dotti “connects the dots” for pharmacies’ sales and marketing efforts and is recognized as the industry’s first CRM sales system. In addition to her consulting work, Nicolette has firsthand experience as a pharmacy owner, having acquired Palm Harbor Pharmacy in 2017 and successfully exiting in 2023. A recognized thought leader in the pharmacy industry, Nicolette regularly speaks at national conferences, including the National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA), McKesson IdeaShare, Cardinal Retail Business Conference, and AmerisourceBergen (Cencora)’s ThoughtSpot.
