Douglas McCauley began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 1991 and specializes in the sale of Multi-Residential Properties throughout Southern California. Mr. McCauley has over 33 years of real estate investment experience and has personally closed 350+ investment properties totaling nearly $1 billion in transactions. He has averaged 97% of the seller’s asking price during his career and more than 50% of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals. From 2007–2012, Mr. McCauley was promoted and held the title of Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario Office. During that time, he was privileged to lead and manage 40+ agents and oversaw in excess of $2.5 billion in closed investment properties. He was also appointed to Southern California Regional Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Training Program. In 2012, Mr. McCauley elected to rejoin the sales force and holds the title of Senior Managing Director Investments, which represents the top 5% of Marcus & Millichap Agents.
