Doug is based out of the firm's Phoenix office, where he works with his father, exclusively representing investors and end-users in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and multifamily communities in the Southwest. He is dedicated to developing and servicing long-term relationships, working alongside clients to maximize value with nuanced solutions tailored to their wealth creation objectives. He is passionate about sharing real-time, market-leading, actionable information, collaborating with others to help them make informed decisions. He leverages over 20 years of experience involved in the daily operations of income producing properties and is a widely regarded "go-to-guy" for creative solutions to complex commercial real estate problems. Doug is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Away from the office, Doug enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an outdoorsman, nature enthusiast and actively participates in humanitarian causes. He is a founding member of the non-profit organization Bright Island Outreach, which provides free medical/dental outreach support and services to the "poorest of the poor" in developing countries. Doug speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
