Douglas Brewer

Douglas Brewer is a Senior Managing Director at Morning Calm Management with oversight responsibility of property and construction management across the firm’s industrial, multifamily and office portfolio. He previously was the Executive Vice President of Operations for a privately held real estate investment and management company, where he handled all aspects of property management and construction. Prior to that position, Mr. Brewer was associated with Colonial Properties Trust, where he directed a 60 person property management staff and was responsible for its 6 million square foot Florida office and retail portfolio. At IPC US REIT, he oversaw a 4 million square foot portfolio in numerous markets and led the successful repositioning of numerous office properties. In addition, Mr. Brewer directed the leasing efforts for his portfolio in Houston, Wichita, Baltimore and St Petersburg.
