With 20 years real estate experience, Mr. Bansbach's past work includes both sale and lease transactions with such companies as Arizona Beverage Co., Bakers Express, Design & Molding Services, Builders First Source, Leggett & Platt, Chevron, Reisen Lumber and Flexi-Van. In the last five years Doug has been involved in $81 million in sales and $77 million in leasing transactions. Doug was the company's 2009 Broker of the year. Major Transactions Represented ownership in leasing 462,000 SF for 15 years to US Foodservice, Inc. Leasing of 500,000 SF to Best Buy for 10 years Selling 473,000 SF in Raritan Center, Edison, NJ from ProLogis to North American Beverage Packers Leasing of 80,000 SF in the 8A Market from Black Rock Realty to Lamitech, Inc. Sale of ± one million SF (White Rose/DiGiorgio building) from Paulius Assocs. to KTR Doug began his real estate career with Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman (JGT) in 1988 and was appointed principal July 2000. Newmark Knight Frank acquired JGT in 2001 where he continued to serve as principal. Prior to his real estate experience, he was vice president at Citibank where he was responsible for the operations of foreign exchange deals executed through the bank's corporate trading desk. He began his finance career with Bankers Trust Company on Wall Street and was part of a team directed to set up a separate subsidiary for Bankers Trust Company, called BT Futures Corporation, which was incorporated in January 1983. Doug was promoted to operations manager of BT Futures Corporation in 1984.
