Doug Wombacher

Doug's retail-based experience encompasses over 15 years in the Southern, California retail market. Doug started his career as a property coordinator for a Retail Developer/Investor who specialized in purchasing value add shopping centers. He's worked as a broker in the industry for the past 12 years specializing in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Inland Empire trade areas. Born and raised in Cottonwood, Arizona Doug attended both the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University. Doug has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2004.
