Principle Career Highlights Doug is a senior member of Spinello Commercial Real Estate, Inc. specializing in sales and leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties. He represents many of the top developers here in the Coachella Valley with 35 commercial properties including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Bermuda Dunes, La Quinta, Indio, and the City of Coachella. Doug has concluded several hundred thousand square feet of retail/office & industrial transactions and was awarded “Office Broker of the Year” by Investco. In addition, Doug has successfully concluded sales transactions for Shopping Centers, Industrial / Commercial Buildings, and Land sales in the valley. Doug has been a member of the leasing team at Spinello Commercial Real Estate since 2004 and holds a California real estate license. Prior to that, Doug was a senior member in the sales division for the BLM Corporation for eight years and concluded hundreds of land sales in California, Oregon, Arizona, and Colorado.
