Doug began his career in commercial real estate in 1987 with a nationwide shopping center developer. They primarily developed Walmart and grocery anchored centers. Following his eight years with the developer, he spent two years with a dominant local boutique firm before joining CBRE in 1994. Doug is a leader in the Capital Markets Group/Kansas City Office. His primary purpose is to handle sales of income producing investment properties. His broad experience strengthens his ability to provide clients with dependable, creative solutions. Doug has experience with dispositions, acquisitions, note sales, financing, developments, property and project management, tax increment financing, bond sales and complex contract for deed sales. He has experience in single and multi-tenant retail, office, industrial, as well as multi-housing and land sales.
