Doug's tenant representation background includes the development and implementation of a variety of tenant assignments, including market analysis, site selection and deal negotiations throughout Oregon and Washington. Doug is experienced in overall market penetration analysis for both emerging and existing trade area markets, confidential retail site requirements, leasing and build-to-suit transactions and property disposition services for both national and local retailers.
