Over the last eight years, he has specialized in the Healthcare Industry and Medical Office Building Development and has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory and compliance aspects of medical real estate. Doug is a native of Easton, Maryland and offers almost three decades of comprehensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate from start to finish – including acquisitions, development, design and construction management, tenant representation, leasing, property management, financial analysis and investment strategies. His primary market is the Eastern Shore of Maryland; however, his experience and expertise extend throughout the United States.
