Doug Horack

Doug serves as a Development Partner with TRC , creating opportunities with new geographic regions and new tenants. Before joining TRC, Doug was an active managing partner of several Virginia-based partnerships that included 600,000 SF of retail assets in excess of $100 million. National tenants included Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Chick-fil-A, Starbuck’s, FedEx Kinko’s, McDonald’s, Darden Restaurants, and others. Prior to that position, Doug co-founded Union Capital Investments, a commercial mortgage backed security (CMBS) firm in partnership with CS First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette). Doug is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in GA, SC and NC.
