Doug Holtzman
Doug Holtzman is Vice President at TSCG where he works in both Landlord and Tenant leasing.
Prior to joining TSCG, Doug ran the net lease division at a private equity firm where he focused on acquiring and disposing of single-tenant retail assets throughout the country. Doug has over 13 years of brokerage experience working in Ohio with clients such as Realty Income, Zaremba Development, Family Dollar, Skechers Shoes, O’Reilly Auto Parts, CosmoProf/Sally Beauty, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Auntie Anne’s and Romeo’s Pizza. His experience with property management, asset management, and investment sales provides him with a wealth of knowledge and insight that he is able to share when assisting his clients. Doug graduated from Kent State University and is an active member of ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (formally known as the International Council of Shopping Centers).
