Doug Grinde

Doug Grinde began his commercial real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate 20 years ago when he graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Since joining the company, Doug has become an invaluable asset working closely with the Calgary team and is now heading up the Edmonton office as the Vice President for the region. With a farming background in rural Alberta, Doug knows what it means to work hard and treat people with integrity - his clients are no exception. Although his career started in Calgary, Doug found a niche for himself in Edmonton where his broad experience has helped reposition Barclay Street in the greater Edmonton market. Additionally, as a senior sales advisor, Doug works closely with clients through the Alberta corridor and provides them with meaningful solutions while offering honest, knowledgeable advice. His knowledge comes from years of diverse transactions including new development projects, complex sale transactions and large leasing assignments. Currently, Doug lives in Edmonton with his wife and 3 children where they are actively involved in the local equestrian community and taking part in a variety of outdoor activities.
