Doug has represented some of Long Island’s largest and most respected companies, and is an expert in the Hauppauge Industrial Park market. He’s brokered for his clients over 3 million square feet of property acquisitions and dispositions over the years, including two of the largest sale transactions in Suffolk County – the 150,000 square foot building located at 100 Marcus Blvd. in Hauppauge in 2002, and the 225,000 square foot building located at 468 Mill Road in Coram in 2005. In 2007, CoStar Group recognized Doug as a winner of its Power Broker Award for the 130,000 square foot, 15-year lease transaction he brokered on behalf of 7-Eleven, Inc. for its newly constructed regional distribution center in Bohemia. As a member of Metro Realty Services, LLC since 2004, Doug is part owner of the firm. He resides in Huntington Village.
