Douglas Grant Dickerson II began his career in commercial real estate in 2007. Initially, Doug focused on all aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord representation and syndicating investor groups before deciding to focus solely on tenant representation. For the past two years, Doug’s focus on tenant representation has allowed him to represent a wide multitude of corporate clients with space needs ranging from 900 square feet to 15,000 square feet. Doug earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from James Madison University. Prior to entering the commercial real estate market, he worked as an International Sales Representative in the Biotechnology industry in San Diego, California. While developing his career within commercial real estate, Doug has continued to further his professional education. In 2009, Doug obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Developments from the University of San Diego. Over the last three years, he has completed the course work to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He will sit for the exam this fall.
