Dorsey Zaharis

Dorsey Allison, originally from New Jersey, planted her roots in Charlotte after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clemson University. Dorsey joined Colliers in 2023 after beginning her commercial real estate career at CBRE and KW Commercial. She is passionate about the growth of her City and enjoys being a catalyst for that growth. She excels in assisting her retail, office, industrial, and investor clients in launching into the market, expanding current footprints, buying or selling owner-occupied property, and investing in income-producing vehicles in the growing Charlotte market. Dorsey represents clients in every shape and size, in the country or out, and also works deals in cities outside of the Charlotte Metro market such as Columbia, SC and Wilmington, NC. Dorsey invests in commercial property herself, showing her commitment and belief in the success of the Queen City in which she does business and calls home. Being a part of the community is important to her, so staying active within CRCBR (Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors) and attending other networking opportunities and events throughout the years all contribute to Dorsey’s success as a go-to broker in the area. Outside of the office, Dorsey enjoys listening to live music, experiencing new cultures and adventures while traveling with her fiancé, cycling, and spending time with friends, family, and her two large dogs.
