Donnie Rohde has been a committed agent/broker serving Tarrant County landlords and tenants in the Industrial Real Estate Arena since 2006. In addition to brokerage, Donnie and his wife Veronica "Ronnie" started Tarrant Properties in 2011 to acquire industrial properties. Since then, they have purchased numerous industrial properties for long and short term holds and have been very successful with every transaction. In 2021, Donnie and Ronnie started a full service brokerage and management firm with a focus on industrial properties. Donnie previously worked with Holt Lunsford Commercial from 2012 - 2019 and Lee & Associates from 2006 - 2012, focusing strictly on Tarrant County Industrial properties with both firms. Donnie has always focused on Industrial Project Leasing and Sale transactions completing well over 1 million square feet of transactions annually which has earned him the Costar Power Broker award 2011 – 2017. In 2021, Donnie and Ronnie started Tarrant Commercial Real Estate Services, a full service brokerage and management firm with a focus on industrial properties. During his tenure in Industrial real estate Donnie has represented local, national & international clients for both Agency and Tenant Representation. He has developed a proven history of long term clients within his tenure in the business. His ability to identify client objectives, organize planning and direction then execute to accomplish client goals have been the basis of these relationships. Donnie’s overall success can be attributed to his knowledge of the market, results driven work ethic, good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
